There are many things to consider when choosing a pediatrician. It is important that you have trust and confidence in your child’s health care providers. It is also important to have a pediatrician who is in your neighborhood or as close to home as possible. This will make your visits easier and more convenient. Here are some questions to consider when choosing a pediatrician:

  • When your provider is out of the office, who will be there to cover for him/her?
  • Will you have access to medical advice after hours and on weekends, if needed?
