The Soar Therapeutic Evaluation Program includes an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals at the Woodlands Campus with specialized interest and training in neonatal and infant development and intervention. The Soar team works closely with medical specialists to ensure adequate evaluations and interventions are implemented in a timely fashion.
Infants will undergo a comprehensive therapeutic and social evaluation with a physical therapist, occupational therapist, social worker, and clinical nurse coordinator. Infants seen will be referred to consultant medical specialists including a developmentalist, neurologist, and/or physiatrist as clinically indicated by the therapist evaluations.
