For all patient visits, images should be uploaded using our Neurosurgery ImageShare program. It is easiest if the referring provider conducts the upload; however, if you have the images, you can do so as well. Follow the instructions on this Neurosurgery ImageShare Guide:
Before a patient can be seen in our Neurosurgery Clinic for Macrocephaly, we must have received a copy of his or her completed Head Growth Chart. See example here:
