Texas Children's Hospital Guest Services Representatives are team members who are here to support non-clinical challenges families may face when they or their child are in the hospital and away from home. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer your questions, provide information about area dining, shopping, transportation and hotels, as well as hospital support services. Some of our services include:

  • Referrals to non-clinical services and programs available to families while at the hospital
  • Area maps and directions (e.g. wash dryers, gift shops, food courts)
  • Information about planning your stay area dining, shopping and transportation options
  • Comprehensive information about area lodging options and services
  • Special requests for birthday, holiday or other family celebrations
  • Information about hospital programs and events
  • Access to fax machines, copiers and other office equipment while at the hospital
  • Activities and attractions for patients, siblings and adults while at the hospital
  • Help with unexpected needs

Contact a Guest Services Representative by calling 832-824-STAR ( 47827 from the telephone in your child’s room) or by visiting the information desk on the first floor of the Legacy Tower, Pavilion for Women, and/or West Tower lobby. The West Tower lobby will have a Guest Services team member 24/7 during the week, weekends and holidays.
