Family Advocates are available to assist you in seeking resolution to a complaint or grievance, facilitating effective communication between you and your healthcare team and advocating for your patient rights and responsibilities.
You may contact the Family Advocacy Department at 832-824-1919. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5 pm. After hours, voicemail is available for you to leave a message. If you need immediate assistance in the hospital, please ask to speak with your nurse, charge nurse or nurse manager.
