Personal Statement
I was drawn to pediatric cardiology because of the discipline’s mathematical, deductive and problem-solving nature, and the use of interventions and technology in addition to traditional medications to cure and treat heart conditions.
Throughout my 25-year medical career in India, the United Kingdom and the USA, I have prioritized bringing medicine, technology and compassion into a family-centric treatment plan. I am passionate about the involvement of family and their values in health care and I strive to partner and collaborating with them in treatment and management.
