Get to know Samantha D. Martin, MD
Dr. Samantha Martin attended the University of Massachusetts Chan School of Medicine and completed her general pediatrics residency training at Massachusetts General Hospital for Children in Boston, MA. She completed her fellowship training in pediatric hematology-oncology at the Boston Children’s Hospital/Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in 2026. Dr. Martin joined the Cancer and Hematology Center as a K12 scholar and is a member of the developmental therapeutics program, solid tumor program, and neuroblastoma program. Her clinical focus is relapsed/refractory neuroblastoma and other advanced solid tumors.
Dr. Martin’s research is focused on clinical application of clinical tumor profiling techniques and early phase clinical trials for children with advanced tumors especially neuroblastoma. She is currently focussed on identifying highly expressed surface markers on advanced childhood tumors using clinical sequencing. Dr. Martin’s work aims to accelerate personalized, targeted therapies for children with advanced or hard to treat tumors.
