Our Cochlear Implant Nurse Coordinator, Karoline Kraechan, will guide you through scheduling appointments, gathering records, and coordinating follow-up care to make the process as smooth as possible.

Helpful Tip to Expedite Your Visit

To help speed up the evaluation process, please ask your referring provider to send the following records ahead of time:

  • Hearing tests
  • Speech and language evaluations
  • Imaging (if available)

International Patients interested in the Cochlear Implant Program

International patients can request an appointment through our International and Destination Medicine Department, a team dedicated exclusively to the needs of patients coming from outside the United States. Please make sure you have records of all previous evaluations such as hearing tests, speech and language evaluations, and scans.
