Ask your physician to send us a referral by fax to (832)825-3251 or email cochlearimplants@texaschildrens.org. Please make sure that all the results of previous evaluations including hearing tests, speech and language evaluations, and scans are included.
International Patients
International patients can request an appointment through the International Patients Service Office, a team dedicated exclusively to the needs of patients coming from outside the United States.
