Foster honored with Dr. Peter Adamson Young Investigator Award

Dr. Jennifer Foster, associate professor of pediatrics — hematology and oncology and Director, Solid Tumor Programs, Clinical Director, Neuroblastoma Program and Assistant Director, Developmental Therapeutics Program was presented with the Dr. Peter Adamson Young Investigator Award by the Children's Oncology Group (COG). The award, which was made possible by a generous grant from The Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation, recognizes Dr. Foster's commitment to a career in early phase pediatric clinical trials, her role in COG's Developmental Therapeutics Program, and her demonstrated success in clinical trial design and conduct. The award is named for Dr. Peter Adamson, who led COG's Developmental Therapeutics program before serving as COG Group Chair from 2011-2020.
