E-Visits are restricted to current patients of Texas Children’s and should be used for non-urgent medical conditions. If you need urgent medical care, please contact your clinic by phone or find a nearby urgent care. For medical emergencies, call 911 immediately.
You may be asked for your credit card information. You will not be charged until our clinic staff responds to your E-Visit, but an authorization hold may be placed on your card. If you do not complete the E-Visit, you will not be charged. If you are redirected to the clinic, you also may not be charged.
It may take up to 2 business days to receive a response to your E-Visit.
Depending on the steps presented and questions asked about your or your child’s symptoms, it can take 10-20 minutes to complete your E-Visit.
