Practice Update

Effective September 27, 2024, Texas Children's Pediatrics Brieno will be consolidating with Texas Children's Pediatrics Windsor Park. Dr. Elsa Brieno will be available for appointments at Texas Children’s Pediatrics Windsor Parking as of October 1, 2024.

Flu clinics will be offered the first and third Saturdays of the month from 8:30 am -11:30 am.  Appointments are available by phone, or book on your MyChart app today!

Location Information

At Texas Children’s Pediatrics Windsor Park, we offer convenient access to high-quality pediatric care for all children – from newborn to 18 years old. We’ll help you develop a trusted, long-term relationship with our clinical care team.  

Our team provides a wide range of services to infants, children and adolescents including: 

  • Newborn and infant care, including state of Texas required screenings 
  • Comprehensive well-child visits, including immunizations, hearing and vision screens and developmental assessments 
  • Adolescent care 
  • Treatment of most acute and chronic illnesses 
  • Routine lab work and screening 
  • Camp, school and sports physicals 
  • Preventative asthma care 
  • Nutrition and weight management 
  • 24 hour emergency call service

Billing and Insurance

Billing Information

Payment for medical services can be made by credit card and is due at the time of service. It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to pay any deductible, co-pay or co-insurance required by the insurance provider. As a courtesy, our office will file claims with any of our Texas Children’s Pedatrics-contracted insurance plans. Please bring your insurance card to every visit. Prescriptions

Prescription information

Written or electronic prescriptions will be given after a patient has been seen by a physician or nurse practitioner.

Prescription refills

For routine prescription refills, please contact your pharmacy. If your child has no refills available, please contact your child’s Texas Children’s Pediatrics practice.
