Bo Majors is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He uses an eclectic approach when working with children and adolescents, integrating principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, among others. Bo also employs parent management training to assist parents and families, aiming to improve a child's behavior through effective discipline strategies. I am committed to helping others live their lives to the fullest potential that every person is striving to live, especially as it relates to the alleviation of symptoms of depression or anxiety.
