Get to know Sheng-Pei Wang, MD, MPH
Dr. Sheng-Pei Wang is a fellowship-trained Pediatric Dermatologist who specializes in the care of children with a wide range of skin conditions including atopic dermatitis, acne, birthmarks, vascular anomalies, hair and nail disorders, and complex inflammatory skin diseases. She is committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care for children and their families.
In addition to her clinical work, she is involved in research, teaching and academic collaboration aimed at improving the understanding and care of pediatric skin disease.
Personal Statement
I believe that caring for children with skin conditions involves not only treating the skin but also understanding how skin disease affects a child’s comfort, confidence, sleep, daily activities and family life. My goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based and compassionate care that is tailored to each child and family. I hope to help children feel comfortable and supported during their visits and to empower families with the knowledge and confidence to manage their child’s skin condition.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis, taking walks, trying new restaurants and spending time with family and friends.
