Karina Monticone is a physician assistant in the Division of Neurosurgery and Trauma Surgery at Texas Children’s Hospital. She actively participated in various organizations and leadership roles while attending The University of Texas at El Paso. Notably, Karina graduated with academic honors while concurrently managing her own photography business.
Passionate about working with children, she is thrilled to contribute to both trauma and neurosurgery at the new North Austin campus in Texas.
During her leisure time, Karina indulges in concerts, travel, photography and quality moments with friends and family. Her interests also extend to the world of Taylor Swift.
