Personal Statement
I believe that empowering the patient and families with basic health knowledge is a step forward in improving health for the entire family and community. I enjoy my role in perpetuating that: educating patients and their families about their disease processes, procedures and surgical interventions, and ensuring continuity of care through patients' hospital course.
