Elly Tran is a Registered Dietitian and Clinical Program Coordinator for the Celiac Disease Program at Texas Children’s Hospital. After early work in adult acute care and bariatrics, she transitioned to pediatrics, focusing on selective eating, complex food allergies, food avoidances, and targeted lactation support as needed. Beyond nutrition therapy and optimization, Elly delivers holistic, multidisciplinary care—coordinating celiac disease appointments and program procedures to ensure seamless support for every child and family's total well-being.

Personal Statement
As a Registered Dietitian, I get to blend my extensive clinical experience with my role as the Celiac Disease Program coordinator to guide families through intricate pediatric nutrition challenges. My favorite part is connecting with families while they await answers ahead of their first visit, building trust so parents feel supported from day one. I am passionate about ensuring no family has to navigate this journey alone.
Beyond my work at the hospital, I love giving back to my community as a Girl Scout leader for my daughter's troop. In my free time, you will usually find me outdoors, going for a run, or cooking healthy meals and playing games together with my family.
