Get to know Donna A. Cheung, MBBS
Dr. Cheung is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine and a board-certified pediatric gastroenterologist. Prior to joining Baylor, she served on faculty at the University of Iowa for 6 years where she cofounded the state’s first multidisciplinary eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorder clinic. She also has specialized expertise in pH-impedance interpretation and in performing unsedated transnasal esophagoscopy.
Personal Statement
My favorite part of being a pediatric gastroenterologist is working with children as they are a constant source of joy and inspiration. I feel privileged to partner with families in navigating their child's health. At Texas Children's, we have a wonderful, collaborative team dedicated to providing excellent, comprehensive care, and I'm grateful to be a part of it.
