Personal Statement
I am a nursing leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams, advancing clinical excellence and improving the patient and family experience. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of leading diverse health care teams across ambulatory, inpatient and specialty care settings. I am committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning, while empowering others to reach their full potential.
My leadership philosophy centers on servant leadership, operational excellence, and creating environments where patients, families and health care professionals can thrive. I am dedicated to driving meaningful improvements in quality, safety and access to care while supporting the mission of delivering exceptional health care services.
