Duncan NRI Human Stem Cell and Neuronal Differentiation Core

Human Stem Cell and Neuronal Differentiation Core

The Human Neuronal Differentiation Core provides the expertise as well as the equipment necessary for reprogramming, genome editing, picking and characterization of human pluripotent stem cells and their differentiated progeny derived from the skin cells of patients with neurological disorders. In addition the Core offers simultaneous electrophysiology recordings and calcium imaging at the single cell and network network levels, which are critical for initial assessment of neuronal maturation and phenotype screening.
