2026 EBF3 HADDS International Conference - Celebrating 10 years of discovery

July 22, 2026 HOUSTON Nearly 200 children and members from 35 families attended the10th annual EBF3 HADDS International Family Conference at the Duncan NRI for the 3-day event.

Those that attended in-person were joined by virtual attendees for representation of seven countries around the world. For many of the families it was the first time they had met other families with EBF3-related disorders. 

The EBF3 HADDS Foundation donated $25,000 to support ongoing research efforts, making a cumulative total gift of $125,000 to the Hsiao-Tuan Chao lab's research. 

Most touchingly is that the past 10 years journey of discovery together, their hopes, and their dreams are beautifully captured in the lyrics and slideshow created for the conference.
