Personal Statement
Trust and Respect are not earned but given!
My interests, both clinical and research, revolve around quality. It is important that clients have access to and receive the highest quality of care when visiting a local clinic, hospital, community center, or facility from which they are seeking assistance. That level of care starts with the staff. I strive to ensure that I exemplify what it means to be compassionate and genuine in whatever capacity I choose to serve.
Currently, I serve as the Practice-Research Network Manager at the Trauma and Grief Clinic. In my position, it is important that I understand and adhere to the needs of our partnering sites as well as the population they serve. Many of our partners are in remote locations, so the provision of high quality services and the establishment of best practices for the treatment of traumatized youth seeking care from our partners truly begins with the relationship between the Trauma and Grief Clinic and the site coordinators. Positivity and good work habits have a rippling effect and that is what I want our clients to experience each time they visit one of our partnering sites.
