Dr. Taylor Luckie’s interest in pediatric hematology-oncology began when her childhood friend underwent cancer treatment. Her commitment to improving care for children with cancer and blood disorders deepened through her research experiences and clinical training.
Dr. Luckie earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Genetics and Biochemistry. She completed medical school and a specialized Genomics Pathway at Baylor College of Medicine, followed by her pediatric residency and fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children’s Hospital. Her research spans both laboratory-based and clinical studies in genetics, biochemistry, solid tumors, and leukemias.
She is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care while advancing research as a physician-scientist to improve treatments for children with cancer and blood disorders.
