Solomon Turunbedu, MD provides clinical expertise in pathologic examination of blood, bone marrow and tissue samples with suspected hematopoietic disorders including hematologic neoplasms, benign hematologic disorders and bone marrow failure syndromes.
In addition to his clinical duties, he maintains an active research agenda and teaching schedule. His research primarily focuses on pediatric leukemias and lymphomas.
Personal Statement
I am committed to delivering the highest level of patient care, with the goal of providing accurate and timely diagnoses so that patients can receive the care they need in a timely manner. In my practice, I place strong emphasis on accuracy, efficiency and the deliberate integration of pathologic findings with flow cytometric, molecular and clinical data to support timely, meaningful patient care. I am also committed to advancing the field of pathology through my research, teaching and mentoring the next generation of physicians.
