Personal Statement
Dr. Shannon Conneely completed her pediatric hematology/oncology fellowship training in 2020. Prior to her fellowship training, she worked at Texas Children's Hospital on the inpatient oncology unit as a hospitalist assisting in the medical care of a variety of pediatric oncology patients.
She developed an interest in pediatric cancer care as a high school student volunteering at her local children's hospital in Ohio. She hopes to help many children to live full and happy lives after a cancer diagnosis while minimizing the side effects of cancer therapy.
She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
