Pam Heise, MSN, RN, CPN, CNN, CARH is the Senior Manager of Renal & Apheresis Services at Texas Children's Hospital North Austin. She is a certified pediatric and nephrology nurse with extensive experience caring for children with acute and chronic kidney disease. Pam helped establish and grow the North Austin Renal & Apheresis program, including implementation of the CARPEDIEM® pediatric dialysis platform, expanding access to specialized kidney replacement therapies for infants and children. She is passionate about advancing innovative kidney care, improving patient outcomes, and developing high-performing healthcare teams. An active leader in the pediatric nephrology community, Pam serves on professional committees, presents at regional and national conferences, and advocates for children and families affected by kidney disease.
