Get to know Morgan Grisham, MSN, RN, RNC-NIC, C-ELBW
Morgan’s deep-rooted passion for babies began when she graduated nursing school and accepted her first job in a 48-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Since then, she has worked in both Level III and Level IV NICUs at locations across the United States, and locally in Houston. Morgan joined Texas Children’s in 2018, where she worked in the Level III Pavilion for Women NICU, specializing in the care of extremely low birth weight preemies. After 10 years of caring for preemies and critically complex neonates in the NICU, Morgan joined Texas Children’s Fetal Center, transitioning to a nurse coordinator role, a position that allows her to provide care and support to mothers and their unborn babies.
“It is truly an honor to be part of the Fetal Center team and help patients navigate their journey at Texas Children’s,” said Morgan. “My goals are to serve as an advocate for patients and always strive to provide the highest level of care, education and resources to empower them and their families.”
