Michelle Medchill is an Advanced Practice Provider who leads the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit Advanced Practice Provider team. She is committed to delivering the highest quality care to pediatric cardiac patients with complex congenital heart disease. Her clinical work focuses on improving neurodevelopmental outcomes in infants and children with congenital heart disease through initiatives in developmental care, as well as patient- and family-centered support and education.
Ms. Medchill is passionate about advancing the Advanced Practice Provider profession and creating opportunities for clinical growth, mentorship, and professional development. She has led numerous quality improvement efforts aimed at enhancing APP practice, strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration, and advancing clinical excellence in cardiac critical care.
Personal Statement
I am committed to delivering the highest quality care to pediatric patients with complex congenital heart conditions. I collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement strategies that support the holistic care of patients and provide evidence-based care. By integrating clinical excellence with developmentally supportive care, I strive to help each child recover and thrive.
It is a privilege to walk alongside children and their families during some of their most challenging moments, and I am honored to support them on their journey.
