Madison Dalpe is a certified Physician Assistant with specialized experience in pediatric surgery, serving as a first assist in a wide range of complex surgical procedures. Personal Statement

As a Physician Assistant in pediatric surgery, my philosophy of care is rooted in compassion, communication, and trust. I believe in treating each child as if they were my own – with gentleness, patience, and a commitment to their physical and emotional well-being. I understand that behind every young patient is a family filled with hope, fear, and countless questions, and I see it as a privilege to walk alongside them during some of their most challenging moments.

My own family – my husband and our daughter – inspire the way I care for others. Being a mother has deepened my empathy and strengthened my dedication to treating every child with the kindness and respect they deserve. Outside of medicine, I find balance and purpose through reading, staying active in our church community, and continuing to grow both personally and spiritually. These values shape the way I connect with families and guide my approach to care – always striving to provide not only excellent medical support but also a sense of reassurance and hope.
