Get to know M. Farhan Ali, MD, FAAP
Dr. Ali is committed to providing excellent patient and family-centered nephrology care to the communities in and around Austin. He sees children with all types of kidney conditions including but not limited to congenital anomalies of the kidneys and urinary tract, nephrotic syndrome, glomerulonephritis, acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, end-stage kidney disease, kidney stones and pediatric hypertension.
Prior to joining Texas Children’s, Dr. Ali worked as faculty with Children's Mercy Kansas City, providing much needed specialized care at its Wichita, KS location. He also served as medical director of pediatric dialysis at Wesley Children's Hospital, also in Wichita. He is board-certified in Pediatric Nephrology and General Pediatrics.
