Get to know Kristina Wilson, PhD, CCC-SLP
Kristina Wilson, PhD, CCC-SLP is the manager of Speech, Language and Learning and is the co-director of the Cleft Palate Team at Texas Children’s Hospital. Her clinical interests as a craniofacial speech-language pathologist focus on speech production skills and velopharyngeal function in patients with cleft palate, craniofacial anomalies, and velopharyngeal dysfunction. She enjoys collaborating with members of the medical team as well as speech pathologists in the community in order to help patients achieve optimal speech results.
Dr. Wilson has served on the Board of Directors for the American Cleft Palate Craniofacial Association. She has also been a member of the Coordinating Committee for ASHA’s Special Interest Group 5 – Craniofacial and Velopharyngeal Disorders.
