Kimberly Hase, MSN, RN

Kimberly Hase brings more than 10 years of nursing and leadership experience to this department. Her nursing career has spanned the entirety of obstetrical care, including outpatient, inpatient, labor and delivery, and coordinator role for high-risk pregnancies and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. While working at a fully grant-funded federally qualified health clinic in Houston, she led multiple clinics and service lines. Kimberly strives to serve both her patients and employees in all aspects of her work and believes every moment provides an opportunity to expand and build her expertise in her field.

My journey in nursing has been driven by a deep-seated commitment to enhancing patient outcomes through efficient processes and compassionate care. I firmly believe that effective leadership is pivotal in achieving the highest standards of patient care. I understand the importance of adaptability in this dynamic health care landscape, and I strive to integrate evidence-based practices into my daily operations.

One of my greatest sources of fulfillment comes from leading and empowering my team. I believe in fostering an environment in which every member feels valued, supported and inspired to reach their highest potential. I desire to nurture a culture of continuous learning and collaboration, and by doing so not only improve individual performance but also enhance the overall quality of care provided to our patients.
