Katarzyna Zinninger, MPH

Katarzyna Zinninger is a healthcare administrator with extensive experience in academic medicine and clinical operations. Prior to joining Texas Children’s Hospital, she served in leadership roles at the University of Florida College of Medicine, supporting divisions within General Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Her background includes operational and financial management, compensation planning, clinical metrics, multi-site inpatient and outpatient operations, and human resources leadership. She currently serves as a Practice Administrator for Pediatric Hospital Medicine, where she supports pediatric clinical programs focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Katarzyna brings a collaborative, systems-focused approach to healthcare administration informed by both academic medicine and national healthcare best practices.
