Personal Statement
As a wife, mother and proud dog mom, I understand the importance of connection, balance and having a strong support system. Outside of my work, I enjoy traveling, reading and continuously learning new skills, all of which help me grow both personally and professionally.
I am deeply committed to helping children and teens overcome life's challenges by providing a safe, compassionate space where they feel heard, valued and understood. I believe every young person deserves hope, encouragement and the opportunity to build the confidence and skills needed to thrive, regardless of the circumstances they may be facing.
I am also passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. My goal is to help normalize conversations about mental illness and inspire children, teens and their families to seek support without fear or shame. I believe that asking for help is a sign of strength, and I am honored to walk alongside families as they navigate life's challenges, celebrate progress and work toward healing together.
