Get to know Joanna Schwartz, MD, FAAP
Dr. Joanna Schwartz is a board-certified pediatric emergency medicine physician. Her academic interests include medical education and professional development, and she is currently serving as the Texas Children's Hospital North Austin Campus lead for faculty development. Prior to joining the Texas Children’s faculty, she was a University of Texas Dell Medical School faculty member for 11 years where she was frequently recognized for being an outstanding clinical instructor and medical educator. She chaired her previous hospital’s Medical Council and served as the associate program director of the Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship program.
