Jasmine Shum is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who specializes in critical care management of children with congenital and acquired heart disease. Personal Statement
As an acute care nurse practitioner, my mission is to deliver personalized, high-quality care to pediatric patients, particularly during the most critical and vulnerable moments of their lives. I am deeply committed to seeing each child as more than a diagnosis – honoring their individuality and treating them with compassion and respect. With a special interest in cardiac critical care, I also believe that exceptional outcomes are built on a foundation of evidence-based medicine, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a steadfast commitment to lifelong learning. Together with my fellow team members and a family-focused approach, I intend to deliver thoughtful care at every encounter.
