Dr. Kaul strives to improve the quality of life for children with gastrointestinal disease by collaborating with both patients and their caregivers. She emphasizes building therapeutic relationships in her practice through effective communication and providing meaningful evidence-based education. With her family-centered approach to care, she empowers patients and their caregivers to actively participate in the decision-making process, which is key to healing and recovery.
Clinical Interests
As a community gastroenterologist, Dr. Kaul cares for children with a wide variety of gastrointestinal disorders including failure to thrive, cow’s milk protein allergy, constipation, gastroparesis, celiac disease and inflammatory bowel disease. She is involved in establishing a program for educating pediatric gastroenterology fellow trainees at Texas Children's Hospital community sites at West Campus and The Woodlands.
