Personal Statement
I believe in creating a safe space for my patients — a place where they feel heard and where collaborative, informed decisions are made with regard to the different physical and psychosocial aspects of their lives. I am passionate about helping women understand themselves better and giving them the tools necessary to practice self-compassion and feel empowered.

Women’s mental health, sleep disorders, sleep changes during the perinatal period and menopause transition, trauma, reproductive trauma, PTSD, trauma-informed care, reproductive loss, grief and complicated bereavement
