Personal Statement
In more than ten years of working with children, families, and individuals confronting crisis and trauma, I have learned that connection in safe relationships can be the greatest agent of change and healing. I utilize a strength-based, collaborative approach, with a culturally sensitive and an aware lens, to apply evidenced-based therapies that promote safety and growth in working through life’s most challenging experiences.
In my free time, I enjoy trying new restaurants, adventurous road trips, exploring the city, or spending time with family.
