Get to know Emily R. Floyd, CPNP-AC/PC, DNP
Emily Floyd is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over six years of experience caring for children with cancer and hematologic disorders as a bedside nurse. Her mission is to provide proficient, compassionate and patient centered care in her practice.
Emily completed her bachelor of science in nursing at Baylor University and was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society. She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree from Baylor University, specializing in pediatric primary and acute care. Emily holds a national certification as a Certified Pediatric Hematology-Oncology Nurse through the Oncology Nursing Certification Cooperation.
Emily has an interest in both clinical and patient education and hopes to combine her love of teaching in concordance with clinical practice as an Advanced Practice Provider.
