He serves as an associate medical director for the Texas Children’s Hospital simulation center, the medical advisor for the Texas Children's Hospital American Heart Association Training Center and serves as the Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children's Hospital Pediatric Residency Simulation Program Director.
