Personal Statement
I am deeply committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care to my patients and their families through a holistic approach that includes active listening and engagement. I believe health care is a partnership, and I strive to make therapy a safe space to learn and express yourself authentically. We all bring different experiences and stressors to each session, which is why I treat patients and their families as individuals. In these therapy sessions, we will collaborate and personalize your care to see how I can help you achieve your mental health goals.
