Get to know Ann Buell, MD, FAAP
Dr. Buell is an experienced pediatrician practicing at Texas Children’s Pediatrics (TCP) Katy. Prior to joining TCP, she was a provider at Texas Children’s Urgent Care for more than three years. She also served as a pediatrician in Colorado, where she was employed by Memorial Health System, Kids are Great Pediatrics and Children’s Hospital of Colorado. Through her work in the urgent care and primary care settings, Dr. Buell is skilled in all facets of pediatric medicine, including pediatric advanced life support and pediatric emergency medicine. She has a special interest in the areas of child development and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder.
A veteran of the United States Air Force (USAF), Dr. Buell completed her pediatric residency at Keesler Air Force Base. She served as a pediatrician in the USAF for six years, managing a team of medical technicians and nurses, and providing care to 6,000 beneficiaries. She also deployed to Bolivia on a medical mission to provide care to the local population.
