Personal Statement
As a nurse practitioner, I strive to treat the patient holistically with compassion and respect for their inherent dignity, worth and uniqueness. It is important to me to maintain the integrity of providing prudent, safe, and empathetic care that I am proud of. I endeavor to remain committed to public service, extend myself for continual knowledge and advancement in the nursing profession, always advocate for my patient, and keep my faith and ethical principles as the center of my focus. The utilization of evidence based medicine allows me to provide adequate, effective, and competent care to the patients in which I serve. As an advanced practice provider, I vow to embolden our clients to reach their maximum potential by promoting health and the prevention of disease all while taking into consideration the influences that affect how one manages their health and practices.
