Get to know Amir Hassan Navaei, MD
Dr. Navaei is a board certified pediatric intensivist. He has a special interest in management of children requiring extra-corporeal life support technologies. He is also board certified in Transfusion Medicine and Coagulation and serves as a consultant for transfusion support and management of bleeding and thrombotic complications of patients requiring VAD and ECMO support. Additionally, he serves as a consultant for apheresis service. Dr. Navaei’s research interest is in identifying mechanism involved in bleeding and thrombotic complications in critically ill children and developing safe and effective management strategies.
