Epilepsy, especially in children, remains a challenging condition for the patient, family and physician. However, this is an exciting time in pediatric epilepsy, with many new treatments developed in the last decade, both medical and non-medical/surgical and many more on the horizon. My philosophy is to provide compassionate care and to work together with the patient and the family to find the best treatment plan.
