Personal Statement
My care of philosophy is based around four major tenets:
1. The patient and their family come first, and care should be centered around their needs.
2. Care of patients should involve the use of the highest quality and most up-to-date medical evidence.
3. Collaboration and communication throughout a patient’s care team is crucial.
4. All patients, families, colleagues and team members should be treated with the same respect and care regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, religion, language, country of origin, beliefs, socioeconomic status or any other differences.
