Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Chef Felipe’s culinary journey has taken him from cooking for his family to working alongside world-renowned chefs in New York, Miami, and Houston. His refined technique and creative flair were shaped under the mentorship of Michelin-starred Chef Alain Verzeroli, culminating in Le Jardinier Houston earning a Michelin Star in Texas’ inaugural guide. Guests at the Master Chef, Sous Chef, Tastemaker, Foodie Friend, and Double Date levels will enjoy 3–4 elevated tasting bites, each crafted to reflect Chef Felipe’s signature style and culinary philosophy — a flavorful journey, thoughtfully designed to delight.
