Vanessa Jimenez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor with more than 15 years of experience working in pediatrics. She specializes in assessing and treating children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral health needs with evidence-based treatments that maximize mental health and well-being for children and their caregivers.
Ms. Jimenez specializes in anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma-related disorders. She is currently the manager of Texas Children’s Hospital The Woodlands Intensive Outpatient Program which provides intensive outpatient care to adolescents who have mood disorders including depression and anxiety.
Personal Statement
I am dedicated to providing a warm, nonjudgmental and collaborative approach with patients and families. I offer a therapeutic environment that is compassionate and safe for being vulnerable and open. As a leader, I take pride on focusing to empower others and lead by example. I focus on having an open environment and provide trust to others to better support my peers. I love the work I do and hope to inspire others to lead as well.
