Personal Statement
Valerie Ostermeyer PT, DPT, ATC joined the sports physical therapy team at Texas Children’s Hospital – The Woodlands in August of 2018. Valerie is a certified athletic trainer as recognized by the NATA BOC. She grew up playing competitive soccer, softball and volleyball. Valerie enjoys treating all injuries while having a particular interest in overhead athletes and running analysis. Valerie believes in a holistic approach to patient care while providing personalized treatment plans grounded in therapeutic exercise.
